What a fun day we had! Conor was so adorable (as you can see!!) We weren’t sure if the day was going to be rainy or not, so we kept in touch all week, hoping the rain would stay away. Boy did it ever. We had amazing weather. Not too cold. Not too hot. I was so glad about that….Conor gave me a run for my money. Chasing, racing, running. I didn’t need to exercise after our shoot. (Thanks Conor! Anytime I can play hookey from a run is OK by me!)

We hunted for tree fairies. Picked flowers for mommy. Looked for four leaf clovers. Found a ladybug. Fed the ducks. Made some wishes. Went fishing. Had a few races. Found an amazing stick. And then did everything all over again. LOL I don’t know about you, mom, but I went to bed early that night. ;)

Here a few favorites. I can’t wait to show you the rest. Give me a few more days. :)

Malcolm031 31 Malcolm Is Three!  {Sneak Peak}

What a fantastic party! And the trains. Malcolm wasn’t the only one who was amazed. It was the first time I had been to Travel Town Museum. I wasn’t disappointed. Corrine, otherwise known as mommy, picked the absolute best place for a three year old boy’s party. And the weather… perfect. (I don’t know about you, Corrine, but I was WORRIED!) The entire week was full of rain. And hail! (remember these photos?) But the day couldn’t have been more perfect.

The kids had a fantastic time roaming the museum. There were trains, trains and more trains. A few old fashioned cars and even a huge model train set with moving cars and a cute little town. Malcolm loved it. I think it was his favorite thing. He kept going back for more. He loved watching the train make it’s way around all the curves and turns. He took grandma there and both his uncles. He just had to make sure they didn’t miss such a cool exhibit. It was adorable.

Lunch was also a gorgeous spread and I think mom made everything from scratch. There was hummus and wraps and really cool fruit bouquets. And of course cupcakes. Chocolate and my very favorite…Red Velvet. Yum. They were, of course, a big hit with the kids too.

Remember those days? When a cupcake all to yourself was the best thing. Ever! I love shots of kids eating. Nothing cuter than a face full of icing. (or pizza!) And of course the day wouldn’t be complete without a photo of mommy and the birthday boy! Hope you guys had as much fun as I did! Thank you for trusting me to capture such a special day. Check back soon for the rest of the photos.

Gorgeous Lauren! I’ve been photographing her since she was just a few months old! She is getting so big. I can’t wait for our yearly photo shoot. It’s one of the perks of my job…I get to see the little ones grow up. Don’t you love those curls? Here’s Lauren at 4 months (I think), on her first birthday and then again around 2. Such a sweetie and so full of personality!

Wow what a fantastic event! Gingerbread House Decorating with Piccolo Chef! It was perfect weather at the Westfield Century City Dining Terrace. The kids had an amazing time. So did the parents. So did I! What could be better than gingerbread, jellybeans, chocolate, gummy bears….you get the picture. (and since I’m a kid at heart and still love candy, I was in heaven. :) )

When Megan called to ask about getting some shots taken of her for a newspaper article , I was very excited. When she said she’d like to include her daughter, B, I was even more so. I got to photograph her last year at her birthday, and knew B was going to be tons of fun. I wasn’t disappointed. We played hide and seek, had running races and no photo would be complete without Frank, the bear who goes everywhere with her. These are a few favorites. More to come!
